License
- By downloading any voicebank, the user (hereinafter referred to as licensee) is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-revokable license for commercial usage of said voicebank.
- The licensee holds all rights to their work. The licensee does not gain ownership of the voicebank or character.
Attribution
- The licensee must clearly and visibly credit the use of the voicebank and character. Attribution may be included in videos, video descriptions, credits, end cards, or product pages.
- If a Diffsinger library is utilized at any point, the voicebank character's name must be specified as a primary or featured artist on all music purchase and streaming services.
Scope
- This license allows the licensee to create, distribute, and monetize content using the voicebank and character.
Restrictions
- The licensee cannot create, distribute, or monetize content that violates the voicebank's Terms of Use.
- Physical merchandise of the character requires contacting the licensor for permission and a separate license.
- DiffSinger libraries labelled non-commercial cannot be used commercially due to dataset licensing and are not included as part of this license.
- If content that violates these terms is found, the licensor reserves the right to revoke the license for the specific work containing the violation and request its removal from distribution platforms.
