cererune was created as part of a science experiment, involving splicing DNA of different animals into humans in order to try and unlock the key to immortality. While he was seemingly a success of the experiment, there are no other subjects known, and the laboratory itself collapsed in on itself over a decade ago.
He was given a single name, cererune, but legally adopted the name Ceres Rundall after getting frustrated with every website requiring a first and last name. He does not hide his past when questioned, though he does not make it a part of his brand or identity.
He exhibits physical chihuahua traits as a result of the DNA splicing, notably his ears, tail, and height. He stopped aging after he turned 23. He is theoretically immortal and exhibits fast body part regeneration. He is able to shapeshift small parts of his body for up to 48 hours, and his entire body for 2.
