Additional Background
cererune was created as part of a science experiment, involving splicing DNA of different animals into humans in order to try and unlock the key to immortality. cererune is currently the only publicly known success of this experiment. The laboratory has been abandoned for over a decade, with all related personnel having disappeared entirely. He does not hide his past when questioned, though he does not make it a part of his brand or identity.
In the lab, he was given a single name, cererune, which causes frustrations with many websites. This caused him to adopt a full legal name that he does not respond to, which asteroids (the name cererune's fanbase gave themselves) use as a test to spot "posers".
He displays animalistic traits due to the DNA splicing in his past, spouting fur on his arms and legs, a tail, and large ears that resemble a chihuahua. He stopped physically aging in his early 20s, and states his age as 27 when asked. He is theoretically immortal and exhibits fast body part regeneration. He is able to shapeshift, and loves to experiment in his abilities. If he shapeshifts for a particularly long period of time, he will be tired and grumpy for a while afterwards, and uses it as an excuse to not go outside for at least 24 hours.
